Islamic Counselor
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Quran and Sunnah
Understanding of Islamic rulings on marriage, family, and personal matters
Ability to provide guidance based on authentic sources
Compassionate and non-judgmental approach
Fluent in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus)

Psychological Counselor
Requirements:
Degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling
Licensed or certified in your country (preferred)
Experience in therapy or counseling
Understanding of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues
Fluent in English (Urdu or Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities:
Provide online psychological counseling sessions
Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.)
Support clients with mental health concerns

Requirements:
Specialization in marriage or family therapy
Experience working with couples and families
Understanding of Islamic marriage principles
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities:
Provide pre-marriage and marriage counseling
Help couples resolve conflicts and rebuild trust
Address family dynamics and parenting issues
Religious OCD Specialist
Requirements:
Deep understanding of religious OCD and scrupulosity
Knowledge of ERP therapy (preferred)
Understanding of Islamic rulings on waswas
Experience treating intrusive thoughts and doubts
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized therapy for clients with waswas
Help clients separate OCD from genuine faith concerns
Use evidence-based approaches with Islamic integration
Youth and Teen Counselor
Requirements:
Experience working with teenagers and young adults
Understanding of identity issues, peer pressure, and social media challenges
Ability to connect with younger clients
Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling for Muslim teens and young adults
Address identity crisis, anxiety, and life transitions
Support parents in understanding their teens
Parenting Counselor
Requirements:
Experience in parenting support or child psychology
Understanding of Islamic parenting principles
Ability to guide parents with practical strategies

Help parents with child behavior, discipline, and communication

What We Are Looking For
Age - 22 years and above
Gender - Male and Female (both encouraged to apply)
Education - Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Islamic Studies, or related field
Experience - Minimum 1 year of counseling or therapy experience
Skills - Strong communication, empathy, professionalism
Languages - English required. Urdu, Arabic, or Punjabi is a plus
Equipment - Stable internet, computer with a camera and a microphone
Availability - Minimum 5-10 hours per week
